Main Description
The Change Manager must collect information such as work products, performance measures, results and improvement information derived from the Change Management and prepare a Change Management Summary Report. During the execution of Change Management, the Change Manager would have come across certain improvement area’s and best practices, lessons learnt etc. These also should be documented in the summary report for future references.
